We’re now looking for a Customer Support legend to join us in our Gold Coast HQ and help our customers get the most out of their AI-powered receptionist. This isn’t your average support role. You’ll be helping real people solve real problems, tweaking their AI agent to fit their workflow, and being part of a fast-paced, fun, and genuinely innovative team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Answering customer calls and emails with clarity, warmth, and confidence

Making updates to their AI agent (think call flows, job bookings, preferences)

Troubleshooting basic issues or escalating to our tech team when needed

Keeping customers smiling and supported – always

What You’ll Bring:

Excellent English – written and spoken (this is a must)

Confident communicator with a strong customer-first mindset

Tech-savvy and quick to learn

Experience in customer service, SaaS, or admin support is a bonus
