About the role

Are you an excellent communicator who thrives on building strong relationships with customers? Join Live Chat Monitoring Pty Ltd as a Customer Success Specialist and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving customer satisfaction and ensuring the long-term success of our clients. This full-time role is based in our Cheltenham, VIC office.

What you'll be doing

· Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions

· Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

· Analyse customer data and identify opportunities to improve their experience

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and implement process improvements

· Provide feedback and recommendations to the product team to enhance our offerings

· Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key customers

· Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets

What we're looking for

· Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues

· Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools

· Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer loyalty

· Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field is desirable
