About the role

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist with Dental Nurse experience to join our team at DR Dental in South Yarra. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing dental practice, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient running of the clinic.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients, handling inquiries, and booking appointments

Assisting the dental team with clinical support duties and chairside assistance

Maintaining accurate patient records and managing administrative tasks

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience

Promoting the practice and its services to new and existing patients with treatment planning support

Counselling for patients with payment plan needs

What we're looking for

Current experience as a Dental Nurse and Dental Receptionist

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all ages

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using dental practice management software (D4W) and Microsoft Office applications

A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
