We are currently seeking an experienced dental receptionist to work across our locations:

Gateways Dental Centre

Simple Dental Warwick

About the Role:

Part-time position: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM, with alternating Saturdays.

Opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly team environment.

Varied responsibilities to keep your workday engaging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Front desk reception and general administrative duties.

Managing appointment bookings and recalls.

Filing and maintaining patient records.

Assisting with marketing, social media, and content creation.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.

Experience using D4W (Dental 4 Windows) software.

Excellent time management, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

A friendly, professional manner and the ability to build rapport with our lovely patients, dentists, and colleagues.
