The Role
This is a rare chance to secure a "soft landing" into project management. You’ll be working directly under one of the company's most accomplished Senior Project Managers on a flagship commercial development. This structured onboarding will provide the ideal environment to grow your skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive setting.
Once up to speed, you'll transition into a stand-alone Project Manager role within the Light Commercial division—managing mechanical services packages valued up to $5 million. With continued success, there’s also a clear pathway into major projects work within the business.

Suitable Candidates

• 2–5 years of experience with a HVAC contractor
• A background in Project Engineering, Estimating or Contract Administration
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a desire to step into a leadership position
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
