As a H&S Document writer, you will be creating a variety of content for both internal use and educating our client base on a number of areas, including education & legislative changes. Working across a number of mediums with creative flair, this ranges from print, electronic EDMs to webinars, you are an individual who believes knowledge is strength and education is KEY.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Delivering complex information to external clients in non-technical terms.
- Following WH&S legislative changes across Australia.
- Help support the effective implementation of internal health and safety process and polices.
- Leveraging your technical and creative writing skills to develop EDMs, social media posts, handling guides, roadmaps, client webinars, newsletters and much more!
- Creation of documents which can include policies, manuals, handbooks, and procedures.
- Development of internal training materials
- Presenting at seminars, webinars, and internal events a required.
What you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 2+ year’s experience in a WHS role.
- Hold a minimum Cert IV or equivalent qualifications in WHS coupled with proven knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills—you know how to deliver the right message at the right time.
- Experience in working closely with senior stakeholders
- A data-driven approach—you’re confident using insights to identify trends and drive smarter strategies.
- Exceptional time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
