A Day in the Life

Speak with pre-booked patients via phone (around 3–5 calls per hour) in a calm, professional environment

Guide patients through medical health checks (K10) and coordinate telehealth consultations with doctors

Provide patients with clear, supportive education on their next steps to accessing treatment

Collaborate with a close-knit team of nurses and doctors who value straightforward communication and teamwork

Finish on time every day—no surprises, no overtime

This is a patient conversation and education role first and foremost — ideal for nurses who enjoy connecting with people and making a difference without the stress of shiftwork.

Who We’re Looking For

A Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to patient care

Someone who thrives on reliability and professionalism—and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity, not just a stopover

Comfortable speaking on the phone all day and guiding patients through their healthcare journey

Tech-savvy enough to manage simple online telehealth systems (Medical Director, Felix online – training provided)

Previous medicinal cannabis experience is welcome but not essential — we value the right attitude and commitment above all
