About the role:
To provide direct and indirect evidence-based patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), using contemporary nursing theory and practice within the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS). A Nurse Grade 4 is an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill (ENAS) who supports a Registered Nurse in the provision of patient centred care as specified by registration requirements. Seeks assistance and support in decision making from a Registered Nurse.
About you:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate are mandatory for this position.
- While not mandatory Advanced Skills relating to specific key areas is desirable.
- Demonstrates sound evidence-based clinical skills and knowledge in area of aged care and rural nursing.
- Practices within the Nursing and Midwifery Board competency domains for an Enrolled Nurse.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $94,242 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $39.25 - $41.65 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
