The Role

We're seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in both carcass and carton meat sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with food industry professionals while representing premium meat products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the food service industry

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories

Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines

Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Collaborate with our processing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, preferably in the meat or food service industry

In-depth knowledge of carcass and carton meat products and their applications

Understanding of food safety standards and industry regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the sales territory
