The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the Brisbane area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to dive into a multifaceted role within a growing agency, with direct exposure to clients and hands-on involvement in all aspects of our campaigns. You'll be instrumental in crafting compelling content, managing social media strategies, and contributing to the overall success of our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

Develop and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Create visually appealing graphics and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, and the Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator).

Produce dynamic reels and TikToks to enhance client engagement.

Write compelling copy for social media posts, EDMs, and other marketing materials.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Implement and manage social media calendars and scheduling.

Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Campaign Support:

Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including EDMs, automations, integrations, PR, and events.

Contribute to the development of campaign strategies and creative concepts.

Manage and maintain client databases and CRM systems.

Client & Team Collaboration:

Maintain direct communication with clients, providing regular updates and reports.

Collaborate closely with the agency team on all aspects of campaign delivery.

Attend client meetings and events.

Administration and Reporting:

Provide reports on social media and other marketing data.

Assist with general administration duties.

Skills & Experience We’d Love To See:

Experience in social media management and content creation.

Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator preferred).

Experience in creating and editing video content for social media (CapCut, etc.).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Experience working in the hospitality industry (pubs, cafés, restaurants).

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool, Later, Hootsuite).

Understanding of EDM marketing and automation.

Basic understanding of PR and event management.

Experience in using CRM software.
