scouted. is excited to exclusively partner with this Property Industry Leader, a name immediately recognisable in the residential space across Melbourne. Passionate about delivering on promises for their customers, working collaboratively and building their brand's presence in the market, this group are seeking to expand their marketing team with the addition of a Specialist Digital and Social Media Marketing Coordinator.

Your responsibilities:

• Day to day management of all digital channels and social media platforms - LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/Website etc
• Plan, video, edit and produce engaging and diverse branded content
• Ensure customer engagement and manage digital communication
• Manage calendar and content schedule, reporting and analytics
• Work in collaboration with Marketing Manager, associated businesses, Senior Leadership and Creative agency on strategy and results

You will need:

• Professional work experience in a social media focused or creative marketing role, with a portfolio of work that showcases your skills
• Property related experience in some capacity would be ideal but not essential however you will need to immerse yourself in the industry
• The ability to build relationships easily and influence both internal and external stakeholders/customers with your ideas
• A passion for digital communication with a drive to keep up to date with the latest technology and trends
• A valid drivers licence - this is a must as Development Site visits will be required for content creation
