Salary Packaging Benefits – Package up to $15,900 of your pay per annum with an option to package an additional $2,600 for meals and entertainment, you’re able to increase your take home pay by lowering your taxable income.

Key responsibilities include:

Provision of direct clinical management of the clinical and care team members.

Support NoosaCare to remain compliant with all clinical care plans.

Ensuring that the delivery of day to day clinical functions are being completed to a high standard.

Support the nursing team to ensure the completion of legislated documentation requirements including the design of care plans.

Initiate and participate in ongoing education of staff at an informal and formal level and actively promote a culture of learning at NoosaCare.

About You

NoosaCare is looking for candidates that have an interest in aged care and making a difference in people's lives. Essential requirements are:

Post Graduate qualifications in dementia or significant additional training in the memory support field.

A valid nursing qualification from a registered tertiary institution.

Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Current criminal record check or the ability to obtain prior to starting.
