About you:

As the Clinical Nurse, you will build strong relationships with staff, residents, stakeholders and families.

The ideal candidate for this position will hold unrestricted AHPRA Registration (Nursing) and have a minimum of two years' experience working in Aged Care. You must have sound experience in wound management and clinical documentation.

Above all, you must be passionate about providing exceptional care to our elderly residents.

Responsibilities:

As the Clinical Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring compliance with AN-ACC Funding and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Providing guidance and support to the nursing team
