Coomalie Air Maintenance is a small aviation business located at Batchelor Airport NT. We provide aircraft maintenance and repair services on fixed wing aircraft and helicopters with a broad customer base covering the Northern Territory and Kimberley.

We are currently seeking a stores / tech records officer to join our team and perform the following tasks:

Effectively running store.

Managing stock levels.

Stocktake.

Enter timesheet data.

Arranging and tracking logistics.

Create, update and maintain aircraft schedules / tech records.

Raising jobs and preparation of work packages.

Sourcing parts.

Tracking costs associated with each job.

Liaise with customers and suppliers.

Maintain a workshop schedule.

Skills and experience that are important are:

Must be a team player.

Competent using MS word, excel, outlook.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Attention to detail.

Pass drug and alcohol test.

Aviation experience preferred, but not essential.
