What You’ll Do:

Support our Lending Officers with loan processing and administrative tasks

Review loan applications and documents for accuracy and completeness

Follow up with clients for missing information via phone and email

Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems

Assist with compliance checks and internal reporting

Deliver friendly and professional service to both clients and colleagues

What You’ll Bring:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicator with great people skills

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general tech know-how

Prior admin or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
