Operations Manager - Air DC

Air DC is a leading Air Con service provider. From our headquarters in Stafford, our team of 35 staff provide Air Con installation, repairs, minor projects and servicing to a large base of clients through South East Queensland on a daily basis.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for bringing a high level of administration and operational support to the daily operations so that as a team (office and field) we can deliver on a daily basis for our loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the departments invoicing and quoting

Review schedules and make adjustments to ensure effective outcomes

Manage Stock and ordering

Prepare and present reports

Client correspondence

Assist the non technical office team with operational queries (scheduling etc)

Provide coverage to key roles during period of absence

Monitor and maintain safety procedures and documents

Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Proven experience in administration and operational roles.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Trade experience or industry experience ideal, but not mandatory

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Sound knowledge of safety regulations and industry compliance standards.

Qualifications

Our priority is to recruit a leader/emerging leader with strong administration, operational and logistics background. Whilst experience in the Trade/AC field will be beneficial, we are open to hearing from all candidates with a strong background in service delivery and operations.

Experience in Simpro would be beneficial but not mandatory.
