✅ Role Overview

The Practice Manager is the face of the clinic, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience. This role is highly front-facing and hands-on, requiring direct engagement with both patients and staff.

From managing front desk operations to supporting clinical teams, the Practice Manager is expected to be a visible leader, problem-solver, and team motivator.

This is NOT a desk-only role. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who is present throughout the clinic—jumping in to help the team, ensuring smooth operations, and leading by example.
