About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing dental practice. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring exceptional patient care and business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Manage front office operations, including scheduling, patient coordination, and record-keeping
• Oversee financial management, including billing, invoicing, and budgeting
• Coordinate and supervise the dental team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones
• Liaise with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Monitor and analyse practice performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental practice management or a similar healthcare management role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team and patients
• Proficiency in dental practice management software and tools
• Thorough understanding of dental industry regulations, policies, and best practices
• Proven track record in implementing successful marketing and patient retention strategies
