About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Practice Manager to join our team at VPAS pty ltd' in Toowoomba, Queensland. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our thriving dental practice, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative and financial aspects of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all administrative functions, including patient scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management
• Oversee the financial operations of the practice, including invoicing, collections, and budget management
• Coordinate and supervise the work of the dental assistants, receptionists, and other support staff
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and professional service
• Act as a liaison between the dentists, staff, and patients to address any questions or concerns
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice management or similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both staff and patients
• Proficient in using dental practice management software and MS Office suite
• Knowledge of dental industry regulations and best practices
• Proven track record of implementing successful marketing and patient retention strategies
• A team-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
