We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lawyer in the Personal Injury space, with a specific focus on Workers Compensation matters.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and supporting a team of lawyers and law clerks across workers compensation matters
  * Reviewing case plans and ensuring timely progression of files
  * Conducting regular KPI reviews, file audits, and velocity meetings
  * Managing team priorities through weekly check-ins and "Big Rocks" sessions
  * Addressing client concerns and maintaining high service standards
  * Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• At least 5 years' experience in Personal Injury law, ideally with a focus on Workers Compensation
  * Previous experience mentoring or managing junior lawyers or legal staff
  * Strong knowledge of the Personal Injury Commission processes and relevant legislation
  * Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  * A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  * A desire to be part of a collaborative and client-focused legal practice
