About the role:

• Regularly appear in the Supreme Court, Magistrates Court and ACAT, acting for clients across a range of industries.
• Whilst the majority of the work will involve commercial and insolvency litigation, you will also have the opportunity to work on construction and engineering disputes.
• Run files end-to-end with support (if required) from experienced partners and senior lawyers.
• Opportunity to build your profile and take on increasing responsibility within the team.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years’ PQE with exposure to Commercial and Insolvency Litigation matters (construction litigation experience is desirable but not essential).
• Confidence managing files, briefing counsel, and running matters to hearing (with the opportunity to conduct your own advocacy if desired).
• Strong drafting, communication and advocacy skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work closely with clients.
