Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with both landlords and tenants
• Efficiently coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Monitoring and managing rental arrears in accordance with company policy
• Conducting routine inspections and overseeing rent and lease reviews
• Managing bond claims and attending NCAT hearings as necessary
• Operating under the guidance and mentorship of a supportive Department Head
• Focusing exclusively on operational responsibilities — with no involvement in accounts management

Candidate Requirements:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• At least 3 years’ experience managing residential property portfolios
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driving licence
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proven ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with the drive to excel as a Senior Property Manager
