About the role

REMASTONE is seeking a talented Production Plant Operator/Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our fully automated manufacturing plant, ensuring the consistent and efficient production of our high-quality products.

What you'll be doing

Operate and monitor our fully automated production equipment and various machinery to ensure optimal performance

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the production line

Maintain accurate production records and logs

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements

Assist with the training and supervision of junior production staff

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Production Plant Operator or Manufacturing Technician, preferably within the building materials industry

Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate a variety of production equipment

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve issues

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Effective communication skills to liaise with the production team and provide updates
