In this role, you will join one of our four experienced crews that covers the 24/7 operations of our Neerabup, WA factory by working a rotational roster of 2 days, 2 nights (12 hour shifts) followed by 4 days off; providing you with a healthy work/life balance.

The hourly rate advertised is a starting rate and is inclusive of all penalties, shift loadings and allowances, with the opportunity to progress in both your career and earnings.

Your duties will include:

• A commitment to safety and environmental practices.
• Operating high-speed production machines on a continuous line.
• Accurate recording of information for quality control.
• Reaching production targets in a number of key areas.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and training development
• Aptitude for housekeeping to a high standard.

Selection Criteria:

• Proven ability to reach and exceed set goals; both individual and organisational.
• Proven ability to work safely and effectively within a team.
• Proven ability to adhere to and knowledge of quality standards relevant to the position.

Desired Criteria:

• FMCG manufacturing or general manufacturing experience is highly desirable
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Previous experience with quality control and data recording.

Essential Requirements:

• A current High-Risk Forklift Licence.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Current Drivers License.
• Physically fit and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Ability to complete a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical, including a drug and alcohol screening with the company’s provider.
