As Senior Compliance Manager, you’ll lead and uplift the compliance function across multiple business lines—reporting directly to the General Counsel and managing a small team of experienced compliance professionals. This is the most senior compliance-focused role in the business, offering exposure to executive leadership and the ability to shape a mature and forward-thinking compliance culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the compliance function across the group, embedding and enhancing a fit-for-purpose framework
• Manage key compliance themes: regulatory change, FAR, conflicts of interest, privacy, and modern slavery
• Partner closely with business units to provide pragmatic, commercially aware compliance support
• Lead and develop a stable team of two experienced compliance professionals
• Report to senior leadership and boards, providing clear, timely insights on compliance matters
• Deliver tailored compliance training to uplift awareness and drive engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven compliance leadership experience in general insurance, private health, banking or broader financial services
• Strong understanding of APRA/ASIC obligations and contemporary compliance practices
• Skilled communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and work across multiple business lines
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
• Experience managing senior team members and driving function-wide uplift
