About the role

Are you a skilled Automotive Technician with a passion for European vehicles? JG Prestige Auto Pty Ltd, a leading provider of premium automotive services, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Clayton South, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of European makes and models, ensuring our clients' vehicles are operating at their best.

What you'll be doing

Diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing a variety of European vehicle makes and models

Performing scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, brake services, and other preventative measures

Interpreting technical manuals and schematics to efficiently identify and resolve issues

Collaborating with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work performed

Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as an qualified Automotive Technician, with a focus on European makes and models

Strong understanding of European vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic processes

Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and tools

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Experience Mercedes Benz being advantageous

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Valid driver's licence and a passion for the automotive industry
