About the role

Thermal Mark Transport Refrigeration is seeking experienced Automotive & Mechanical Service Technicians to join our team in Arndell Park, NSW. As an Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles & transport refrigeration units of all makes and models, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work with a market-leading provider of transport refrigeration solutions.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair engines, drive assemblies, compressors, electrical systems, and other components

Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep our fleets in optimum condition

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide high-quality service

Maintain detailed records of all work performed

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in mechanical Trades or a related field

Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and repair of transport refrigeration systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Strong working knowledge of relevant safety and industry regulations

A valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours as required
