Workshop Office Manager (European Automotive)

The Opportunity:

As a Office Manager at UGP, you will work with an exceptional team to manage and lead the workflow for the business to maintain, upgrade and tune VW / Audi / BMW / Mercedes / Porsche vehicles, ensuring a top-notch experience for our customers every time.

Our hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and we are open to both full and part-time applicants.

Key Requirements:

As first point of contact for our customers, you will be required to deliver an outstanding service in person, via all channels including phone, email, social media.

Schedule bookings, manage jobs, and ensure timeframes are communicated and met

Your strong eye for detail ensures that you provide accurate and timely quotations and drive conversions

Through your strong relationship skills, you will have a focus on acquiring new customers, as well as return custom

Engage with and manage suppliers, maintaining strong & mutually beneficial relationships

Own and continually improve the customer experience

Ensure business costs are competitive, using data & insights to negotiate where applicable

Experience with payment tools and products such as square

Experience with Mechanic Desk or similar workshop tools

A strong understanding of the automotive industry and ideally aftermarket offerings for performance enhancing solutions

Through your passion, you stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and best practices and share this knowledge with your team. You love what you do!

Qualifications / Required Experience

Proven experience working in a workshop office management / front-of-house / reception role for automotive

Several years of general customer service experience

Solution focussed and strong attention to detail

Strong communicator with the ability to prioritise and assign tasks
