The SeniorProject Manager will work in tandem with a highly talented group of implementation consultants, software developers and project support resources to design, configure and deploy their best-of-breed Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management (WFM), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) software solutions.

The Senior Project Manager will initially take responsiblity for the delivery of a major, multi-year SaaS deployment to a high profile, enterprise customer. Guiding dedicated project resources, liaising with the software / product development group, and driving key milestones, you will ensure that all components of the initiative are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

In order to successfully meet all governance requirements, you will also collaborate with third party change management / integration consultancy stakeholders to mitigate project risks and ensure compliance standards are attained.

The Senior Project Manager will ideally bring to the table:

• 10+ years experience in project management within corporate technology environments
• Demonstrated background delivering complex, enterprise HR/Payroll, HRIS, HCM or WFM software / SaaS solutions to corporate customers (ideally from a vendor perspective)
• Extensive PM delivery capabilities across time, cost, scope, quality reporting and governance.
• Ability to lead dedicated project teams across diverse platform deployments
• Great stakeholder management skills across internal project, executive management, third party provider and customer resources
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, a creative, positive approach, and dogged sense of humour
