Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond’s health, fitness and leisure business activities. Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure currently operates 53 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

Responsibilities

Location: Wonthaggi - Bass Coast Leisure and Aquatic Centre

Are you passionate about working with children and creating memorable experiences during school holidays?

As a Vacation Care Educator or Room Lead, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and enriching activities for children in a fun, engaging, and safe environment!

Specifically, this role is responsible for:

• Supervising and supporting children in a safe and fun environment
• Leading creative, recreational, and educational activities
• Collaborating with fellow educators to provide high-quality care
• Ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and safety guidelines
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our vacation care team in Wonthaggi for the following roles:

• Vacation Care Educator
• Vacation Care Room Lead (Diploma Required)

Requirements:

• A valid Working with Children Check, first aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Room Leader requires a relevant Diploma
• Availability on weekdays throughout the school holiday period
• Ability to complete a police check
