As a Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the holistic development of young children. What you'll be doing
Plan and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
Provide hands-on, engaging learning experiences that foster children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development
Mentor and support a team of Educators, ensuring they deliver exceptional care and educational outcomes
Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements
Collaborate with families to understand and meet the individual needs of each child
Actively participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 1 years' experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator in a childcare setting
Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of Educators
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care and learning experiences for children
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certifications

As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting our permanent staff in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children. What you'll be doing
Assist in the implementation of engaging educational programs under the guidance of the Room Leader.
Provide hands-on support during learning experiences, fostering children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
Contribute to a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children.
Support individual children's needs and ensure their well-being.
Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
Actively participate in maintaining accurate records and following centre policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
Experience working with young children in a childcare setting is desirable.
A basic understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework is beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and colleagues.
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing quality care for children.
