That's what a Rostering Officer does - and we need YOU to help our team of everyday heroes who make a difference in seniors' lives across South Australia, get to their clients right on schedule.

We believe rostering is a foundation of exceptional care. When Mrs. Wilson gets a visit from her favourite support worker who knows just how she likes her tea, that's not luck - that's brilliant rostering in action!

Based in our Fullarton Office, you'll be the crucial link between our amazing Care Partners and Support Workers, ensuring our elderly clients receive seamless, high-quality care in their own homes. Just like with Mrs. Wilson, your problem-solving superpowers will directly impact people's lives every single day.

What Your Day as a Roster Officer will look like:

Creating schedules that feel like magic - matching the perfect support worker with each client while maintaining continuity of care

Ensuring our support worker heroes have the right skills and qualifications for each unique service

Turning potential scheduling disasters into smooth sailing with your quick thinking and adaptability

Boosting client satisfaction through efficient scheduling and crystal-clear communication

What you need to be successful:

Experience juggling complex day-to-day schedules

Computer wizardry (or at least good computer literacy)

A current Police Clearance (because every hero needs proper credentials)

A current Drivers License
