• Salary $130,000 - $150,000 + Super (dependent on skills and experience)

The Role
The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for leading a production and dispatch team ensuring all products are made to the highest quality standards and meet the production schedule. Key responsibilities include:

• Drive production targets whilst maintaining a highly engaged work culture throughout the team
• Deliver management meetings to the supervisors and toolbox talks to the production team
• Implement lean methodologies across the production team
• Advise on potential automation of processes
• Mentor supervisors to harvest the growth potential of the employees
• Drive safety within the facility

The Requirements

• Previous leadership experience from the FMCG industry minimum Production Management level.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Engaging management style
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Lean manufacturing / Six-Sigma experience
• Ability to work well under pressure
