We’re looking for a practical, solution-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. You’ll be an experienced Production or Site Manager with a strong understanding of construction or timber-based manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production planning and scheduling to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
• Oversee installation and training on advanced CNC machinery.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to meet all building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate across teams (design, engineering, procurement) to streamline production and material flow.
• Take charge of logistics and delivery strategies to optimise cost and timelines.
• Provide hands-on leadership to production and facilities staff, driving a high-performance culture.
• Champion workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

To be successful, you will have:

• 5+ years in a production or site management role (construction or timber preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of modern building techniques, materials, and codes.
• Experience managing logistics and coordinating transport.
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and communicative style.
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
