Whiz Kidz Early Learning Centre & Preschool Wollert is seeking a Centre Director to lead our beautiful, 95-place centre into its next chapter of growth and excellence.

We are a genuine, family-owned group of centres known for our low staff turnover, warm team culture, and commitment to quality early learning. As Director, you’ll be supported by a hands-on management team who value relationships, collaboration, and empowering their leaders.

About Whiz Kidz Wollert:

Purpose-built, light-filled centre with dedicated spaces for each age group

Stunning outdoor areas with sandpits, bike tracks, water play & nature zones

Creative studio, on-site kitchen with daily meals, and specialised programs (music, yoga, language)

Supported by an experienced team of passionate educators

What We’re Looking For:

A strong and inspiring leader with a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

Previous experience in a Centre Director role

Exceptional knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and compliance requirements

A positive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to mentor a team

WWCC, First Aid, CPR & Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
