We about to commence transitioning an existing centre to Jenny's ELC and we are looking for an amazingly experienced, caring, knowledgeable and strong mentor to join the team!

About the Role:
As the leader of our centre, you’ll play a key role in building a vibrant,
welcoming, and inspiring environment for children, families, and Educators. It's important you understand the Jenny's ELC values and help to transition the centre to a new level of quality and care.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
 Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of Educators
 Connecting with families to build strong, supportive relationships and create a true
sense of community.
 Advocating for amazing educational outcomes for children while having fun along
the way
 Fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels
valued and supported.
 Developing and foster long term partnerships with key support agencies to help ensure everyone is valued and supported.
This is a role is for an experienced Director who’s ready to lead with heart, laugh with joy, and make a lasting
impact in the lives of children and their families.

About You:
We’re on the lookout for someone whose passion for early childhood education shines
through in everything they do. Beyond your qualifications and experience, we want to see
your energy, enthusiasm, and love for leading a team in creating magical learning
experiences for children.

 A deep understanding of early learning best practices and the ability to advocate for
exceptional educational outcomes.

 A deep understanding of the Child Care Subsidy and Additional Child Care Subsidy Systems

 A gift for building relationships—whether it’s with children, families, or your team.
 A passion for mentoring and developing Educators while sharing laughs and creating
a positive team vibe.
 A commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
 An awareness of the VEYLDF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards and a drive to deliver
outstanding outcomes within these frameworks.
If you’ve got the ability to balance high standards with plenty of fun (think off-key lullabies,
