This highly regarded childcare centre in Brisbane’s Bayside is proudly connected to an Independent School, creating a rich learning environment for children aged 15 months to 4 years. As the Centre Director, you'll be supported by the Deputy Head of Primary, who oversees the Kindy and Early Learning Centre. This leadership role offers the opportunity to inspire and develop a school-based Early Learning Community, working closely with the College's leadership team, staff, students, parents, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide practical and inspirational leadership for the Early Learning Community.
• Ensure a high standard of care and education in alignment with Christian values.
• Oversee staff management, including development, training, and performance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and current First Aid certification.
• Proven experience in administration, curriculum development, or staff leadership.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and relevant regulations.
• Alignment with the school's Christian ethos.
