Blue Mountains Pipe & Civil are currently expanding due to current and upcoming projects . Blue Mountains Pipe & Civil are involved with major infrastructure project developments with major network providers within Sydney Metro, Blue Mountains, South Coast and Central West.

Join the team at Blue Mountains Pipe and Civil as a full-time Site Supervisor. Based in the Greater Sydney and South Coast Region, you will play a key role in the construction and civil works projects undertaken by our growing company. As an experienced site supervisor, you will use your skills and expertise to safely and efficiently deliver projects on site.

Key responsibilities include:

Implementing and monitoring safe work practices, policies and procedures.

Site supervision of plant labour and sub contractors.

Leading and motivating the site delivery team to achieve project goals.

Reading and interpreting site plans effectively.

Understanding and managing the contract and sub-contracts effectively.

Contributing to project programming to ensure efficient workflow.

Following the scope of works diligently throughout the project lifecycle.

Identifying any variations and collaborating on solutions.

Regularly reporting on project progress to ensure transparency and accountability.

What we're looking for

5+ years experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman

Proven experience in all civil construction elements.

Bulk and detailed excavations

Road construction

FRP concrete structures and pavements

Confined space and working at heights

Site set out and set up

Piling and shoring systems

Stormwater, drainage, and related civils

Water, wastewater, utilities, and services

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and maintaining accurate records.

A strong focus on safety in the workplace.

Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
