This mid tier civil Construction companies operates at a national level and delivers a broad range of projects including ground works earthworks as well as major roads, bridges, pipelines, bulk earthworks and the list goes on.

This $50M Civil infrastructure project will be running for at least 15 months. We require and experienced Civil Supervisor with local experience on similar sized projects as part of the head contracting team. As Supervisor you will help ensure that daily production targets are met while coordinating plant and materials. You will report to the Superintendent and work closely with the client assisting with and issues regarding on site productivity.

This role will suit an experienced Civil Supervisor looking for a new challenge within the civil construction industry. You are encouraged to apply if you have the following:

• Planning for all resources including plant, labour, materials and subcontractors
  • Approve subcontractor workforce requirements and review work accomplished by each discipline
  • Review and approve major subcontractor equipment mobilisation and demobilisation
  • Prepare reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast
  • Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules

We are ideally looking for a Supervisor who has come up through the Foreman / Supervisor ranks from: Operator, Labourer to Leading Hand. Also required is experience on projects with similar specifications involving pavements, earthworks and services.
