Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 + super (pending experience)

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a key construction project from planning to handover. In this role, you'll oversee all elements of project management, including estimating, planning, procurement, team leadership, and client liaison—ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with compliance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of electrical construction project
• Oversee materials, labour, sub-contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements are met
• Interpret and work from technical plans to support project delivery
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and site teams
• Monitor project performance and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Manage variations, design changes, and contractual obligations

About You:

• Electrical trade qualification or relevant background in electrical construction
• Proven experience in project or site management within the construction industry - specifically having delivered a data centre project
• Skilled in electrical estimating and developing project schedules
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance
• In-depth understanding of employment and industrial relations on-site
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
