The exciting opportunity

• Report directly into the Executive Manager and receive fantastic support from an onsite Quality Manager
• Manage, inspire, educate, mentor and develop a team of Registered Nurses and Carers allowing them to excel in their roles and deliver best practice care
• Maintain compliance by meeting regulatory requirements and assisting the facility to adapt to the strengthened standards
• Conducts audits and data analysis to identify gaps in practice
• Innovation is encouraged - identify and champion opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop genuine and productive relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional personalised customer experience

About you

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with an impressive track record as a Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care
• Inspirational and supportive leader who is engaging, motivated and drives high quality care
• Excellent knowledge of the aged care legislation and a demonstrated ability leading services through successful accreditations
• Skilled at developing productive relationships allowing for the delivery of person centred care, exceptional customer service and a positive work environment
• Solution oriented, outcomes focused, adaptable, empathetic, approachable and resilient
