Position Profile: Join a dynamic team dedicated to improving community health and wellbeing! The Great Southern Population Health Directorate integrates Public Health services with Nursing, Health Promotion, and Aboriginal Health programs, all delivered within the community. Our mission is to prevent disease and injury, enhance health outcomes, and empower individuals and communities through prevention, promotion, and intervention strategies.

The Clinical Nurse Manager - Communicable Disease Control is responsible for coordination, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Communicable Disease Control and Immunisation programs in the Great Southern Region in accordance with local, state and national priorities and best practice frameworks.
