Position: Personal Trainer (Part-Time Contractor leading to Full-Time Salary Role)

Location: AF Training Studios – Melbourne’s Industry-Leading Private Training Facility. 477 Collins Street, Melbourne.

AF Studios is offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Personal Trainer to join our team as a part-time contractor, with a clear pathway to a full-time salaried position.

This role places you at the heart of one of Australia’s most premium and industry-leading personal training studios, known for its discrete, high-performance environment and unwavering commitment to results. Our clientele includes some of Australia’s most respected CEOs, senior executives, and legal professionals, and we pride ourselves on delivering a service that matches their standards.

The Role

Begin as a contractor with a 60/40 revenue split on all PT sessions

Once you reach 20 sessions per week, you’ll transition into a full-time salaried role starting at $70,000 + Superannuation.

Salary growth opportunities available based on performance and tenure

Required availability on set days, with flexibility around client hours

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Cert IV in Fitness (Bachelor’s in Exercise Science or similar preferred)

At least 4 years' experience as a personal trainer

Specialisation in Pre / Post-Natal & Peri / Post menopause are highly regarded.

Professional, well-presented, and articulate with exceptional communication skills

A team-oriented, self-driven trainer who’s ready to build a long-term career in the wellness industry
