ROLE EXPECTATIONS: This role is central to our ongoing growth and success. As part of your responsibilities, you will:

• Plan and execute lead generation and sales activities to achieve targets for sales, margins, and market share
• Focus on key client segments, including end-users, builders, and contractors
• Develop deep product and industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor
• Ensure all business dealings are conducted professionally, safely, and ethically
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity
• Build your profile as a leading sales professional in the windows and doors industry
• Manage the Melbourne Bayside region independently, promoting the company as the preferred supplier

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS: We’re looking for a confident and driven individual with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will bring:

• Proven success in sales, ideally within the building materials industry
• Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing the entire sales cycle
• Background in working with builders or architects is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels and work autonomously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other relevant systems
