About the Role

In this dynamic sales role, you'll be the key point of contact for growers, helping them find the right solutions to improve their farming operations. You’ll build strong relationships, provide technical insights, and drive business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored agricultural solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations.

Deliver ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Keep up with the latest in precision ag technology and market trends.

Provide occasional hands-on field service during peak seasons.

Who We're Looking For

To be successful, you will have:

Experience in or deep knowledge of the agricultural industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
