THE COMPANY
Our client is an Australian firm specializing in building regulations and certification, with over 20 years of industry experience. The company offers services including building certification, BCA consultancy, and access/DDA consultancy
THE ROLE
Due to national expansion our client are looking for a commercial building surveyor/building regulations consultant to come on board. Strong focus on QLD work with some overflow NSW work in the initial stages. Some very exciting projects on the horizon which will be discussed with shortlisted candidates in interview.
ABOUT YOU
- Be licenced in QLD as a building surveyor (level 1 or 2)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia and relevant legislation
- Attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work autonomously and comfortably from home
- Comfortable with being available to liaise with the NSW team
- QLD drivers licence
