Key Responsibilities
Legal, Governance and Compliance Support

1. Provide general administrative support for Incolink's Industry Grants Program and assist with audit and assurance processes through preparing basic correspondence and supporting documentation for audit and governance records and registers and track compliance deadlines under guidance.

2. Support the administration of Incolink’s Industry Grants Program by assisting with data entry, monitoring timelines, and drafting routine correspondence to stakeholders.

3. Assist with Board and Committee meetings by preparing and collating papers, printing packs, and arranging logistics.

4. Provide support in monitoring internal processes to ensure they align with trust deed requirements and internal policies.

Finance and Investments Support

5. Assist with preparation of and attend investment-related meetings alongside senior staff and take notes.

6. Assist the Finance team with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and formatting documents and help update internal documents with fund performance data.

7. Under supervision assist with preparing simple tables or summaries comparing fund manager performance against benchmarks; and summaries of asset class allocations and check against target weightings.

8. Collect and organise legal documentation for property investment deals for review by the Legal Counsel.

9. Support updates to the CRM Investment Database, ensuring information is entered correctly and kept up to date.

10. Provide support in gathering information for investment-related budgeting and fund manager fee tracking, as directed.

Required knowledge, skills and experience

An ability to:

• Build rapport and maintain trusted relationships with management, staff, and external stakeholders.

• Work with attention to detail and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully, both verbally and in writing.

• Follow instructions, seek clarification when needed, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Essential:

• Currently undertaking tertiary studies in Law, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Demonstrated interest in gaining practical experience in legal, governance, and financial functions within a corporate environment.
