The Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to join our small team. This role will begin with one day per week, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role over time as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts payable and receivable
Project scheduling and calendar management
Contracts preparation and administration
General administrative and office support tasks
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Supporting the business with administration duties as required
About You:
Prior experience in an administrative or PA role (construction industry experience highly regarded)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software (experience with Xero and Mondays preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
