Sales Representative

The Shower Dr is Brisbane's leading bathroom repair and renovation company.

Our rapid growth has been built on the back of our high standard of work and customer service, and this means that we are looking for an experienced customer focused salesperson to join our team.

This role includes in-home quoting all over Brisbane, with an operating office based in Salisbury 4107 (Brisbane South).

Primary tasks include the following;

• Closing deals!
• In-home quoting - Driving from home to home, quoting shower repairs and bathroom renovations.
• On average, you will drive to 18-20 homes per week (4/day) with a mindset to sell our solutions.
• Identifying shower/bathroom problems and selling solutions.
• Reporting on sales targets and KPIs and providing insight into that reporting.
• Build rapport with clients.
• Liaise with site team as needed (PM, Supervisors, Sub-Contractors, etc.)
• Helping to develop strategies and processes that will improve results.
• Assess and submit quote variations.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
• At least 2 years experience in Sales/BDM. A proven track record in a sales environment.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to understand workflows and scheduling.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Have an ability to close high volumes of sales.
• Commitment to the role so the company can maintain consistent sales targets.
• Enthusiastic, positive, determined and highly motivated to succeed within a rapidly growing local business.
• Reliability and an excellent work ethic. This is a high paced role that requires a driven and committed individual who is ambitious and motivated to succeed.
• This is a sales role in the construction industry - a willingness to get your hands dirty is necessary.
• Must have a current drivers license.
