Role Overview:

In this calls-driven role, you’ll play a pivotal part in proactively engaging both clients and candidates over the phone. Your mission: to build strong relationships, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and deliver top-tier healthcare talent through strategic outreach and meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

Phone-Based Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers via regular check-ins and consultative calls.

Proactive Candidate Outreach: Use phone outreach as a primary channel to connect with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.

End-to-End Recruitment: Lead interviews, coordinate placements, and negotiate offers—largely conducted through voice-based communication.

Call Strategy & Performance: Track and optimize outbound and inbound call activity to meet recruitment targets.

Team Collaboration & Coaching: Mentor junior consultants on best practices in calls-based recruitment and candidate engagement.

Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and ensure every placement meets industry and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Recruitment Experience: Proven background in medical or professional recruitment with a strong focus on phone-based interactions.

Communication Mastery: Confident and professional phone manner; able to build rapport quickly and nurture long-term relationships.

Goal-Driven: Energized by KPIs such as call volume, client conversions, and candidate placements.

Mentorship Mentality: Willingness to share expertise in call techniques and recruitment tactics with team members.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at juggling priorities and keeping accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
